I pride myself on being a good customer, having worked in retail & hospitality before & generally trying to be a decent person. But yesterday I was an ugly customer. I was tired, confused & frustrated & did not communicate in a respectful way, which I am incredibly sorry for.
Lorrae was so professional & … More understanding. She filled an order for me that she did not have to fill due to my own error/not reading things properly. She went out of her way to deliver my order to a grieving friend. This is after she set up a wedding an hour away from the shop itself & was ready to knock off for the long weekend.
I have bought flowers & plants/gifts from Lime Flowers a lot throughout the years & the quality is always spectacular. Beautiful blooms, gorgeous plants, delicious candles, chocolates & treats. It has always been flawless. But yesterday Lorrae really went above & beyond for a customer (me) who didn't really do anything to deserve her kindness. I am incredibly grateful for her grace. If I could leave more than 5 ⭐️ I would 🩷🌸

Can't recommend more! had brilliant customer service in the past that of course I went with Lime flowers for my wedding flowers! Lorrae was an absolute dream, and suggested we catch up so she could get a good idea of what I was envisaging and with a couple of pintrest photos and discussion about likes and dislikes it was … More done!. She had excellent communication leading up to the day and the delivery of the flowers on the day was so so smooth.
